Huge and Coming Soon
The Arabian Peninsula, by next year, will have the world's two tallest buildings, as Saudi Arabia's Abraj Al Bait Towers (under construction, left) will be almost as big as the Burj Khalifa in Dubai (see yesterday's post).I will likely never see the Abraj Al Bait in person, as it will be located in Mecca! This marvel will be the world's tallest and largest hotel, with the largest building floor area and the highest clock tower. All within a stone's throw, literally, of the most sacred mosque in Islam, the Masjid al Haram.
