Risotto and Robitussin


Quintessential professional experience: having an exquisite meal and being too exhausted and ill to fully savor it.
I had Risotto Pescatore, cooked to perfection with shellfish and broth. Mom had Veal Scaloppine prepared as Pheonix can only dream of. JP had scrumptious, Italian-kissed cod with vegetables, capped off with Tiramisu.
