Tortilla Soup
One of my favorite Mexican dishes is seldom served in the US. It's Tortilla Soup, a spicy rich broth with chicken and vegetables -there must be a thousand variations. One version I loved in Mexico City had dried diced chili peppers and tortilla strips.. Andrew & Michelle regaled us with this version here last week...
