It Was It Wasn't
Snow fell heavily and swirled wildly in the wind, but a blizzard it was not... New York was not shut down.. Hey, I easily got a cab home from a movie I saw in the Village.. Temperatures peaked around 33F, causing massive slush... To cross a street is to dodge massive puddles... Below, Hampton Beach, NH, back in the Blizzard of '78...
