Here Today
and gone Tamale... wince-worthy, I know... Here are some authentic home-made Mexican tamales, a gift to my sister's family from the Mexican mother of my nephew's friend... I wasn't present when the tamales were made, but this photo on the right shows you the layout of the ingredients in a tamale kitchen...
