I'm Really Cooking!

I'm building a tasty but healthier kitchen repertoire..
Here's Oven-Barbecued Chicken from 'Healthy Cooking For Two' by Frances Price... The sauce is made from ketchup, brown sugar, lemon rind & juice, and dijon mustard...

Here's 'Chicken In Red Wine' from the same book, the first complete dish I've ever cooked entirely in a microwave! Remarkably, it creates in 12 minutes a dish strongly resembling coq au vin, the cooking of which is typically an hours-long affair....
