From Russia and France, With Love
Today's Song of the Week post will be brief, since yesterday's post on gay and straight teen sex movies was long (but I hope very satisfying).My Song choice is a perky, boppy dance from France.
It's called 'Toop Toop,' by the wonderful French duo Cassius (pictured left). Even if dance tunes don't float your boat, the film clip below probably will.
It's an excerpt form the delightful, award-winning 1969 Soviet cartoon, 'The Bremen Town Musicians,' which someone has set to the music of 'Toop Toop.'
