Autumn, Darker, Earlier


Brisk days, chilly night descends earlier and more quickly. Bare trees and difuse light. Image heaven. This building shot in Midtown Saturday through naked branches:


Sunset's glow and my shaky hand combine to cast an eerie blur on symetrical skyscraper design..


The sky over my street corner, 23rd & 8th SW, circa 6pm Saturday.

Gazing sideways up 20 floors of my building's east end, from which I look out - the gnarl of the nature-plucked tree adds contrast and character - the blue and the brick...
