Back to the Barbi-Future


Ah, the groovy curves and concrete of 70s Brutalist architecture. My friend David lives in London's Barbican, a residential and cultural complex erected during the 1970s and opened in 1982. People who didn't live through the 1970s often don't suspect just how futuristic these designs seemed to us at the time. Here are some exterior shots:
