Oopsy Daisy
Dewey Wins? : - ) The Post screwed up and announced Gephardt was Kerry's VP pick, but their Scoop turned out to be Poop. : - ) I usually avoid current events on this page, but as a fashion and culinary note, I think the egg all over Rupert Murdoch's face is very becoming : -) "Oh no!" was my reaction when I saw the Gephardt headline in the subway. Imagine my relief just minutes later at my desk, getting the real story. I'm so happy. Edwards is the man. And a cute one, at that. : - ) Below, another great headline screw-up, from 1948! Truman sure looks happy!
