Days 4 and 5: Riga, Latvia

Latvia is about the size of West Virginia (24,938 m2), 43% larger than Estonia and only a hair smaller than Lithuania. Latvia has the population of Utah (2.2 million). If Latvia was a US State it would be 41st in area and 35th in area. Its capital, Riga, is home to about 40% of the population.
