Raymond's Ye Olde Diner
Nine days ago I met some of JP's friends in North Jersey, including his adorable 18-month-old godson Bruno. We lunched at Raymond's Ye Olde Diner... serving Montclair since 1989! :-)... in the shadow of Ye Olde Multi-Colored Seltzer Bottles...
I had a nouveau Mexican pork wrap with avocado that packed a zing. 'twas probably a mistake to follow that with apple pie & ice cream - I felt a tad carsick, and such diverse foodstuffs weren't getting along famously in my stomach...
I also bit my tongue! That initially produced some blood, but happily subsided! On the left, see the drop of ice cream kind of southwest of my lower lip...
